Download Orders

Downloaded Orders will be displayed in this page. It contains two tabs Pending and Failed. Successfully downloaded orders without any issue will be displayed in pending tab. After clicking on process order button then it will redirect to sale page with order details. If we want to process and order click on process button in sale page. If we want to cancel an order then click on cancel button in sale page.

If downloaded orders have issues then those orders will be displayed in failed tab. There are 3 reasons which tells if the order is failed or not.
a. If a state doesn’t exist or state is not recognized for a customer.
b. If there is no enough inventory.
c. If the SKU is not linked in Ezeetrak.
In failed order page problems filter shows the reasons why the order has failed, If the reason is missing state then shipping state button is enabled there you can update state. After fixing those issues displayed in problems filter now we can process order using Process Order button. After clicking on process order button in actions then that order will be moved to pending orders tab, from there you have to process orders, follow the steps in pending order to know how to process orders.
