Inventory Amount Update window allows to change either current inventory amount or current unit cost of products in stock at a given reference date. Once created and processed it generates a closing and an opening inventory for the products, which can be reviewed in the Inventory Adjustments page.

The above screenshot represents inventory Adjustment page. We are adding the adjustment we can update taxable amount, tax amount that adjustment also. That entries are displayed in inventory adjustments page.
