About receiving goods. When you confirm receipt, a proof of delivery(POD) number is assigned to all items confirmed as received. These are not printed but are used to help you match the invoice to the correct purchase order. Stock prices and levels are updated for the goods received, so stock is always confirmed. Upon receipt of a delivery, match the received items to the description stated on the accompanying bill of lading, as well as the description on the related purchase order.

Here displayed the purchase Orders entries in unfulfilled PO click action button product receive page is opened, Partially Received PO tab displays partially received orders, Completely Received PO tab displays completed received orders, once receiving is completed they are moved to POD tab.
